Work with IBM PC compatible desktop and laptop computers, using OS/2, Windows 95/98 and Windows NT within Windows NT and IBM LAN Server 4.0 networks using NetBIOS and TCP/IP protocols using Token Ring. Diagnostician and troubleshooter for all microcomputer issues. Install and configure network applications. Programmer Analyst Supervisor Supervised and hired four people in technical positions. Planned and supported local and wide area networks with connectivity to IBM AS/400 midrange computer. 	1981-1987         Inventech Company                                               Newark, OH Chief Programmer Designed, coded and implemented a retail point-of-sale computer network application for managing auto part businesses. Provided pre- and post-sales support generating in excess of $500,000 in revenues.
	1979-1980         W. A. Storing Company                                      Columbus, OH Programmer/Analyst Designed and coded software applications for generating custom mailing lists for mass marketers, using COBOL and Easycoder.
